  • Payment Information: Credit card details, billing address, and transaction history (processed securely through our payment partners Paystack and YOCO).
  • Communication Data: Messages sent through the platform, feedback, and support requests.

When you use our Service, we automatically collect:

  • Device Information: Device type, operating system, browser type, and unique device identifiers.
  • Usage Data: Pages visited, features used, booking patterns, and interaction times.
  • Location Data: With your consent, GPS coordinates to show nearby clubs and calculate distances.
  • Log Data: IP address, access times, and referring URLs.

1.3 Information from Third Parties

We may receive information from:

  • Golf South Africa / HNA: Handicap information when you link your SA Player ID.
  • OAuth Providers: Google, Apple, or other services when you choose to sign in with those accounts.
  • Golf Clubs: Membership status, wallet balances, and booking history from clubs you're associated with.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use collected information to:

  • Provide Services: Process bookings, manage memberships, and facilitate coaching sessions.
  • Personalize Experience: Recommend clubs, coaches, and tee times based on your preferences and location.
  • Process Payments: Complete transactions and manage club wallet balances.
  • Communicate: Send booking confirmations, reminders, and service updates.
  • Improve Services: Analyze usage patterns to enhance features and fix issues.
  • Sync Handicaps: Update your handicap information with HNA/Golf SA when applicable.
  • Club Operations: Help golf clubs manage their operations, memberships, and analytics.
  • Marketing: With your consent, send promotional offers and newsletters (you can opt out anytime).

We share your information in these circumstances:

3.1 With Golf Clubs

When you book at or join a golf club, we share relevant information (name, contact details, booking details, handicap) with that club.

3.2 With Coaches

When you book a coaching session, we share your contact information, handicap, and skill level with your selected coach.

3.3 Service Providers

We work with trusted partners who help us operate our Service:

  • Payment Processors: Paystack and YOCO for secure payment processing.
  • Cloud Hosting: Vercel and Neon for secure data storage.
  • Email Services: For transactional and marketing communications.
  • Analytics: To understand and improve our Service.
